We are currently seeking a highly experienced UK Acquiring Sales Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a tailored sales strategy for the UK acquiring market, focusing on expanding awareness and driving sales for POS services.

About Payabl

At Payabl, we offer a competitive salary package, including a generous base salary of £80,000 - £100,000 per annum, depending on experience. We also provide attractive benefits, such as 25 days' annual leave, 10 days' sick leave, and a comprehensive health insurance plan. Main Responsibilities
  • UK Sales Strategy Development (Acquiring & POS)
    • Develop and implement a tailored sales strategy for the UK acquiring market, including expanding awareness and driving sales for POS services.
    • Identify growth opportunities and key segments to drive market penetration and revenue.
  • Sales Leadership & Team Management
    • Build, lead, and inspire a high-performing UK sales team, ensuring targets are met.
    • Set clear KPIs, monitor performance, and foster a culture of excellence and accountability.
  • Sales Process Optimization
    • Continuously refine and optimize the UK sales process to enhance efficiency and scalability.
