Key Responsibilities- Design and create high-poly and low-poly assets, including environment props and models.
- Develop and implement advanced techniques for modeling, sculpting, and texturing.
- Collaborate with the art team to ensure consistency and quality across all assets.
- Stay up-to-date with industry-standard software packages and best practices.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of 3D assets, including organic, vegetation, hard surface, architectural, and environment design.
- Excellent knowledge of industry-standard software packages, including Maya, Max, ZBrush, Photoshop, and their equivalents.
- Strong background in stylized art and traditional art skills.
- Advanced knowledge of current asset art workflows and practices.
- Strong understanding of organic modeling, UV, and texturing foundations.
- Skilled at balancing art quality and performance in the game engine.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Traditional art skills along with core graphic design competencies, including composition and layout, typography, color, and light.
- Experience with Marvelous Designer, Fusion360/Moi3d/Plasticity, Rizomuv, and Substance Designer.
