Role Overview: Our client, a renowned scientific device manufacturer based in Eynsham, is seeking a Lean Manufacturing Expert to join their growing R&D and Manufacturing team. Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing lean principles throughout the organization, improving efficiency and reducing costs. Key responsibilities include:

  • Process Optimization: Analyze and optimize production processes to eliminate waste and improve flow.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement change and drive results.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Lean Knowledge: Strong understanding of lean principles and practices.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience: At least 3 years' experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
About the Company:

MARS Recruitment offers a competitive salary of £40,000pa - £45,000pa, plus benefits including a bonus, company contributory pension, death in service insurance, and 25 days annual holiday plus public holidays.
