We are seeking an experienced Project Estimator to join our team in Dartford. As a key member of our estimating function, you will be responsible for pricing packages of work up to £100m for multiple build assets, such as accommodation, offices, and training facilities.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of pricing build projects over £20m, with experience from pre-tender submission through to award and handover to the delivery team. A higher-level qualification in a relevant discipline, such as Civil Engineering or Construction Management, is also essential.

In this role, you will take overall responsibility for estimating functions on less complex bids, prepare prime cost estimates, and implement core processes throughout the tender process. You will also liaise with clients and external consultants, advise on risk and margin, and train less-experienced team members.

About the role:

  • Estimated salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience
  • Base salary: £55,000 per annum, plus car/travel allowance and other benefits
  • Location: Dartford, with potential to work on-site at various locations
  • Type: Full-time
