Job Title: Insurance Data Modelling Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Insurance Data Modelling Manager to join our team in London or Manchester. As a key member of our Data & AI Architecture team, you will lead the design and implementation of data models for our insurance clients, ensuring they have a solid foundation for their data-powered future.

About the Role

">
  • You will work closely with senior client stakeholders to define business-facing data models that effectively articulate designs, opportunities, and challenges.
  • You will lead the creation of strategic roadmaps for Data & AI capabilities required to generate insights from enterprise data assets.
  • You will develop and implement effective data design workshops, including defining client requirements, documenting data models, and reviewing output with stakeholders.
  • You will contribute to client project delivery by owning one or more workstreams and ensuring commercially successful conclusion of the client engagements.

About You

We are looking for a seasoned professional with a strong background in data modelling, architecture, and leadership. You should have excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, as well as experience in stakeholder management and team leadership.

Required Skills and Qualifications

">
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in data modelling, architecture, and leadership roles.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality data solutions for complex projects.
  • Strong expertise in data modelling tools and technologies, such as TOGAF, Microsoft Fabric, and Snowflake.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
