**Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at our Kendal facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and promoting a quality culture within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement quality procedures to ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and IATF standards.
  • Gather, analyze, and interpret data to improve product and process quality.
  • Administer and participate in customer complaint investigations.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure quality standards are upheld.
  • Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

  • HNC in an Engineering discipline or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years' experience in a Quality role.
  • Experience in Quality Systems Auditing is desirable.
