We are seeking a highly skilled ESG and Supply Chain Expert to join our procurement team at DSJ Global. This role will play a key part in driving positive change through our supply chain, minimizing environmental impact, and managing social risks.

About the Role:

  • Develop and implement sustainable procurement strategies and policies to meet our sustainability goals.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to promote sustainable practices and assess their sustainability capabilities.
  • Conduct sustainability risk assessments and identify opportunities for improvement within the supply chain.
  • Work closely with internal teams to align sustainability initiatives with business goals and drive organization-wide adoption of sustainable practices.
  • Manage and track supplier performance against sustainability metrics.
  • Stay up-to-date on sustainability trends, best practices, and innovations within sustainable procurement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Sustainability, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in procurement or sustainability roles, ideally within the financial services or banking sector, with a focus on ESG and sustainable sourcing.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and produce actionable insights for sustainability initiatives.
  • Proven experience in managing cross-functional projects and initiatives, including stakeholder management, planning, and execution.
  • Proficiency in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • A competitive salary range of $160,000 - $220,000 per annum, depending on experience.
