Welcome to Impact Food Group, one of the fastest growing education catering companies in the UK. We are excited to announce an opportunity for a Central Support Chef to join our fantastic team.

This role involves working with our onsite chefs, covering sickness across our sites, and being part of the mobilisation team. You will assist with the training and development of our chefs and be responsible for the smooth operation of our kitchens.

This is a full-time position, working 45 hours per week, Monday to Friday. The role comes with a competitive salary of £35,000 per year, plus mileage claimed back. You will also receive a range of great company benefits, including free meals on shift, uniform, and pension.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assist with the training and development of onsite chefs.
  2. Cover sickness across our sites.
  3. Be part of the mobilisation team.
  4. Assist with the smooth operation of our kitchens.

Requirements:

  • Chef management experience (ideally from secondary education).
  • A passion for food and service.
  • Craft skills to support in the kitchen when needed.
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and highly organised.
