Key Responsibilities:
  • Investigate and analyze incidents of loss and theft to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
  • Work closely with store teams to educate and train associates on loss prevention best practices and protocols.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and stakeholders to share best practices and stay up-to-date on industry trends.
  • Collaborate with the Loss Prevention team to identify and implement process improvements to reduce loss and improve overall store performance.
  • Provide coaching and support to store associates to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to prevent loss and maintain a safe shopping environment.
Requirements:
  • Experience in a retail security or loss prevention role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with store teams and external partners.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork.
