About the Job

In this role, you will be responsible for participating in daily production activities and ensuring tasks are completed in a timely manner. This includes maintaining a safe and clean working environment by complying with company rules and regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in daily production activities and ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner.
  • Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with company rules and regulations.
  • Collaborate with the team to solve manufacturing and supply chain issues.
  • Continuously improve operations through routine analysis, identifying areas of potential efficiency gains.
  • Monitor and replenish stock.
  • Create and update daily transport logs.
  • Book and process deliveries.
  • Manage finished goods inventory and conduct month end counts.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in a related field.
  • Knowledge and experience in the Manufacturing industry.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
  • A strong understanding of production and supply chain processes.
  • Previous experience working closely with health and safety procedures.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary ranging from £35,000 to £38,000 per year (DOE) and a positive and engaging work environment. Opportunities for professional development and upskilling are also available.
