Product Engineering Lead in Aerospace Manufacturing

Omega Resource Group Careers is looking for an experienced Senior Product Engineer to lead our aerospace manufacturing team.
The estimated annual salary for this position is $120,000 - $150,000, depending on experience.
About the Position:
- Developing and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support product and process changes.
- Providing technical expertise using APQP techniques for new programs and PPAP submissions.
- Communicating engineering insights with suppliers and customers to drive innovation.
- Designing and specifying new test equipment for product output to meet quality standards.
- Working closely with the sustainment team to resolve issues affecting software, electronics, and hydraulics.
- Conducting GD&T analysis of assemblies and components to resolve non-conforming parts issues.
Requirements:
This role requires a strong background in mechanical engineering, with experience in aerospace manufacturing. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership and communication skills.
