Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Fire Safety Specialist to join our team at Ventro Group. This role is an exciting opportunity to utilize your expertise in fire safety and risk management to support our clients across Greater London.

As a Fire Safety Specialist, you will be responsible for designing and developing effective fire strategies to ensure the safety of people and property. Your primary focus will be on reviewing existing buildings and providing expert advice on fire safety measures.

You will work closely with key stakeholders, including architects, engineers, and building managers, to identify potential risks and develop comprehensive fire safety plans.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Conduct thorough reviews of commercial, industrial, residential, and complex fire risk assessments
  2. Develop and implement fire safety strategies to minimize risks and prevent fires
  3. Provide training and guidance to non-technical experts on fire safety best practices
  4. Produce detailed reports on fire safety assessments and recommendations
  5. Collaborate with colleagues to maintain and update company policies and procedures related to fire safety
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Degree in a relevant field (e.g., fire safety engineering, risk management) or equivalent experience
  • Relevant fire safety certifications or qualifications (L4+)
  • Strong understanding of external walls and compartmentation requirements
  • Experience working with Residential and Commercial properties
  • Excellent communication and report writing skills
  • Ability to prioritize and organize workload effectively
