About the Role
As a Youth Coach at Red Kite School, you will play a vital role in supporting the emotional and educational development of our pupils. With a focus on Social Emotional Mental Health (SEMH) needs, you will work closely with our experienced teams to create a supportive and enriching environment for our students.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Support the educational and emotional development of our pupils with SEMH needs
- Work collaboratively with our experienced teams to create a supportive and enriching environment
- Prepare and deliver learning materials and activities tailored to individual needs
- Take responsibility for the emotional and physical well-being of our pupils
- Support pupils to develop as individuals and engage with the world around them
About Us
Red Kite School is a brand-new independent special educational needs school catering for up to 60 pupils with social and emotional health needs. Our school is based in the beautiful market town of Princes Risborough in Buckinghamshire, offering an exciting opportunity to be part of the successful development of a new setting.

What We're Looking For
We're seeking candidates with a GCSE C or above (or equivalent) in English and Maths, and some experience working with SEN and in a school setting. You will be adaptable, responsive, and caring, with a willingness to work in a variety of classroom roles, both indoors and outside, according to individual need.
