Job Description

Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.

This is a challenging role requiring the delivery of a coordinated marketing communications strategy across various audiences to improve Anglian Water's brand perception. The successful candidate will lead and champion a joined-up approach to enhance multiple ODI requirements, ensuring a cohesive narrative from Anglian Water. This leadership role will also oversee the execution of campaigns through paid and owned channels, coordinating with stakeholders across the wider channel mix.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a team of marketing delivery executives to ensure all marketing activity meets the brand standard, is delivered on time, within budget, and based on customer insight. This includes creating new and maintaining existing campaigns using the full range of marketing mix tools, including web and digital marketing, local marketing, and executing coordinated campaigns.

About the Role
  • Project/campaign management experience, preferably in a similar industry or sector.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to shape and inform creative content (text, image, and video).
  • Understanding and experience of coordinated strategic communications, with an ability to grasp quickly the workings of a complex organisation.
  • Team development and management experience, with an ability to forge effective working relationships with senior stakeholders.
  • An excellent attention to detail and planning skills, with the ability to translate company objectives into coherent and creative marketing plans and activities.
