Marketing Strategy and Analytics Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Strategy and Analytics Lead to join our team at Zendesk. As a key member of our Marketing organization, you will be responsible for driving strategic growth initiatives and optimizing marketing campaigns to maximize ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement data-driven marketing strategies to drive business growth
  • Lead the development and maintenance of Tableau dashboards to track marketing performance
  • Collaborate with senior Marketing executives to solve complex business challenges and drive strategic growth initiatives
  • Evaluate and optimize marketing campaigns based on industry best practices and data analysis
  • Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI
  • Support marketing leadership on critical investment decisions and drive strategic planning processes through data-driven recommendations

Requirements:

  • BS/BA in computer science, mathematics, economics, engineering, or related degree
  • ~6+ years experience in Marketing/Analytics
  • Advanced proficiency in Tableau and SQL
  • Proficiency in SAS/Python/R is a plus
  • Strong communication and data visualization skills
  • Collaborative mindset and exceptional teamwork skills
