The New Deanery is a haven where memories are crafted, laughter echoes, and the vibrant strut of our resident peacocks adds a touch of magic to the day. With sprawling gardens and cozy nooks, every resident finds their slice of paradise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a clean and organized bin store area.
- Ensure timely removal of waste and proper recycling procedures.
- Clean and tidy the smoking area, including emptying ashtrays and removing litter.
- Perform routine litter picking throughout the site to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Remove cobwebs from building entrances to ensure an appealing first impression.
- Keep the car park free of litter and debris.
- Apply grit to car park areas during the winter months to prevent slips and falls.
- Clean courtyards, pavements, and other external surfaces as required.
- Receive and store deliveries for both The New Deanery and St. Mary's Court.
- Manage the maintenance of bird nests.
- Water plants, flowers, and hanging baskets to maintain healthy, vibrant greenery.
- Carry out minor painting jobs when needed.
