Job Title: Nursery Assistant

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Nursery Assistant to join our team at JEM Childcare Solutions. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and education to our children.


Key Responsibilities
  • Provide stimulating and purposeful experiences, environments, and resources to children that are appropriate to their age and stage of development.
  • Enhance the all-around daily needs of children, including their physical, intellectual, social, and emotional development.
  • Assist with embedding an effective key person approach to enable children to form secure attachments.
  • Ensure the safety and wellbeing of every child, staff, parent, and visitor at all times.
  • Work within a team to support all children and team members within your room.
  • Understand and ensure that the requirements of the curriculum are being met.
