About the Role

The EHS Advisor will provide effective support to our European EHS Manager during a period of significant business expansion at our Newport premises.

Key responsibilities include developing high-quality written procedures for health, safety, and environmental processes and activities, carrying out task, equipment, and process risk assessments, and assisting in the development of departmental risk assessment programmes.

  • Develop and deliver health, safety, and environmental training to employees, contractors, and visitors at all levels.
  • Support the development and implementation of site-level requirements for ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 programmes and participate in third-party external verification audits.
  • Undertake routine EHS inspections and assist in the management of the EHS inspection programme.
  • Provide day-to-day EHS support and guidance to departmental managers and staff to ensure the effective operation of our health, safety, and environmental management systems.
  • Analyse EHS performance metrics and respond in a proactive manner to promote continual improvement and minimize the risk of EHS non-conformances.

The estimated salary range for this role is €60,000 - €80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
