As a learning and development specialist, you will develop insights from internal and external research to identify knowledge and skill gaps, design and deliver meaningful development interventions, and evaluate their effectiveness.
By joining the GB Retail team, you will become part of a professional, high-performing, and client-focused team, reporting into our Client Service leadership (GB Retail) with opportunities for flexible/hybrid working and collaboration across multiple business areas.
The Role
- Design and deliver various learning development interventions, including technical insurance, risk management, and professional development, using a variety of methods (blended, classroom, remote, and 1:1 settings).
- Deliver to a wide range of WTW GB colleagues, external partners, and Corporate Risk and Broking - Medium to large clients.
- Support the GB Retail management team in developing an effective and cutting-edge learning and development program.
- Facilitate team and individual development using valid and reliable tools, including Webex and On24.
- Consult with stakeholders at all levels to identify needs and develop relevant solutions.
- Be an internal L&D expert, advising and informing stakeholders on wider trends in talent, development, and learning.
- Collaborate with the wider L&D, HR, and talent teams across WTW as appropriate.
