Learning Support Professional

We are seeking a skilled Learning Support Professional to join our team in London. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering and facilitating the core tutorial curriculum through group sessions, using provided resources.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver and facilitate the core tutorial curriculum through group sessions as per the scheme of work (SOW), using provided resources.
- Start tutorials with a review of the group's attendance and address engagement issues.
- Conduct 1:1 tutorials, set and review SMART targets in collaboration with teaching staff.
- Service students with progression, including UCAS guidance for Level 3 students.
- Monitor at-risk learners and collaborate with parents, teachers, and support teams to keep them engaged.
- Assist students with work experience placements and log their hours.
- Represent students and the college in internal and external meetings.
- Maintain accurate records on Pro-Monitor.
- Work within curriculum teams to provide pastoral support and improve learner outcomes.
Requirements:
- DBS Certificate on the update service is essential.
- Must be available to start immediately.
