Job Title: Senior Void Operations Manager

Salary: £38,000 - £45,000 per annum (+ Company van/Fuel Card provided & Tool Allowance)

Working Hours: 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday (Flexibility required for out of hours calls)

ARC Group is seeking a highly motivated Senior Void Operations Manager to work with a reputable housing association. The successful candidate will be client-facing and needs to be capable of working independently, managing/delivering void homes and handling all aspects of domestic repairs. This position requires out-of-hours calls (this will be low volume but will be required from time to time) and travel to various sites along with their offices.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform responsive repairs in housing association properties and communal areas.
  • Supervise works and coordinate contractors as required/needed.
  • Handle calls made after hours on a regular basis.
  • Manage and maintain void properties.
  • In office work is also required.

Requirements:
  • 18th Edition Certified or City & Guild Qualification
  • SMSTS OR SSSTS Required & First Aid
  • Manual Handling and Asbestos Removal - Desirable but not essential
  • NVQ or City and Guilds recognised in at least one trade
  • Must have supervisory experience
  • Five years or more of experience in a similar position will be beneficial
