Job Description

Expleo is seeking a highly skilled QA Manager to join our team in Belfast. As a QA Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing quality assurance strategies, leading test teams, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement quality assurance strategies to ensure the delivery of high-quality software products.
  • Lead test teams to ensure the effective execution of test plans and the identification of defects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
  • Develop and maintain test environments to ensure the effective execution of testing.
  • Provide quality assurance evaluation estimates on various projects.
  • Diagnose problems and generate multiple potential solutions.
  • Advises on risk assessment and risk management strategies for projects or release level.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • ISTQB Advanced.
  • Programming skills.
  • Additional course or certification in Quality Assurance.
  • Project Management qualification.
Essential Skills
  • Excellent client-facing skills, as an expert in their field, has experience of influencing client decision making and direction.
  • Strong theoretical knowledge in quality assurance methodologies, applying standards and specialist quality assurance expertise to deliver.
  • Extensive application/technology and domain knowledge and has recognised expertise in QA Management.
  • Strong knowledge of new and emerging technologies based on own area of expertise.
  • Experience in managing the change control procedure.
  • Experience in providing technical management and being responsible for overall test plan design and processes.
