Property Litigation Solicitor - In-house Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Property Litigation Solicitor to join our client's in-house legal team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of property litigation files, including landlord and tenant, breach of lease, possession, and other claims.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise junior members of staff.
  • Advise and progress other litigation cases on behalf of the company.
  • Assist and work on other varied property matters.
  • Research and apply relevant case law and technical precedents.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and clients.

Requirements:

  • UK qualified Solicitor with experience in a reputable Property Litigation team.
  • Strong understanding of property matters, both litigated and transactional.
  • Excellent technical ability, including thoroughness and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of enfranchisement matters is advantageous.
