Job Description:

As a Compliance Process Optimization Manager, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining automated processes for legal and compliance tasks, including checklists, workflows, and reporting. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of legal operations in a fast-paced, innovative fintech environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the evaluation, selection, and implementation of existing and new legal tech tools to improve workflows, automate processes, and drive efficiency.
  • Collaborate with IT, legal, and compliance teams to ensure the smooth integration of new and existing legal technologies, including Juro for contract management and Jira for service desk and work management.
  • Design, implement, and maintain automated processes for legal and compliance tasks, including checklists, workflows, and reporting.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in legal operations, compliance operations, or project management, ideally within a fintech or tech-driven environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Jira for service desk, ticketing systems, and work management, with experience in automating legal processes and workflows to increase efficiency.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to track and report on legal department metrics, such as contract cycle times, legal spend, and operational efficiency.

Salary: Estimated salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum.
