About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Launch Quality Specialist to join our Creative Organisation at Jaguar Land Rover. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of modern luxury.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the delivery and coordination of quality audits and buy-offs to support prototype builds for show, reveal, and launch vehicles.
  • Collaborate with Creative, Material Engineering, Product Engineering, Programme teams, PQ, Sustainability, Advanced Purchasing, and Engineering CoCs to develop new material technologies for commodity strategies.
  • Support production launch delivery vehicle builds, including colour and material developments, and manufacturing process maturation.
  • Work closely with WCPA, Manufacturing's processes, and outward-facing communication on behalf of the Creative Organisation.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in design approach and processes, with a record of accomplishment in collaborating with Materiality, Creative, Engineering, and Research teams.
  • Ability to challenge existing thinking in a positive way, building credibility and trust through experience and personal style.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes and a good understanding of product and automotive design.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to relate to and communicate at all levels.
  • WCPA Audit Knowledge.
