Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Culinary Artist to join our team in Defence as a Chef. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality food that delights our clients and customers.

You will oversee and implement menu changes, identify opportunities to improve our food services, and listen and act on customer feedback to consistently improve our food services.

Your key responsibilities will also include supporting with the creation of new menus and creative food concepts, representing Defence and maintaining a positive brand image, monitoring inventories to keep our kitchens well-stocked, and overseeing kitchen cleaning responsibilities to maintain hygiene standards.

Salary: Estimated £28,000 - £35,000 per annum based on experience and qualifications.
