Job Title: Machine Learning Engineering Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Machine Learning Engineering Lead to join our RNA Therapeutics team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the development of machine learning algorithms and models to accelerate the discovery and development of novel RNA therapeutics.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of machine learning engineers to develop and implement machine learning algorithms and models for RNA therapeutics
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate machine learning solutions into our RNA therapeutics pipeline
  • Develop and maintain high-quality machine learning models and algorithms
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of machine learning projects
  • Mentor and coach junior engineers to develop their skills and expertise
Requirements:
  • PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in machine learning engineering, with a focus on RNA therapeutics
  • Strong programming skills in Python and experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies and version control systems such as Git
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with molecular biology and disease biology
  • Peer-reviewed publications in top-tier machine learning conferences
  • Experience with cloud-based machine learning platforms such as AWS or Google Cloud
