Do you want to embark on a challenging and rewarding career in maintenance engineering? As a Multiskilled Maintenance Technician with Swarm Training, you will have the opportunity to develop your mechanical and electrical engineering skills through hands-on training with Multimatic CFT.

About the Role:
  • Assist with inspections, servicing, checks, repairs, and preventive maintenance of equipment
  • Support the maintenance team in problem-solving to ensure machinery operates efficiently
  • Develop your skills and knowledge through on-the-job training and coaching

We offer a competitive salary of £29,500 per year, plus 20 days holiday and opportunities for career progression within Multimatic and towards senior roles. Our apprenticeship program is designed to provide you with a solid foundation in maintenance engineering, and we are committed to helping you achieve your goals.

The training program will be delivered by Swarm REAGIT, with 20 weeks of classroom-based learning followed by 72 weeks of on-site training to develop your skills and knowledge. You will work core hours from 8am to 4:30pm, Monday to Friday, with 40 hours per week.
