About the Role- Coordinate with the maintenance manager and shift supervisor to set daily maintenance and production priorities.
- Complete maintenance and repairs on time, following all procedures and policies.
- Execute the planned preventative maintenance program.
- Install new machinery and equipment accurately within deadlines.
- Share knowledge with other Service personnel as needed.
- Ensure tools meet standards and maintain them properly.
- Adhere to Health & Safety regulations.
- Keep the work area clean and tidy.
- Perform daily fault diagnosis and breakdown repairs.
- Maintain up-to-date maintenance records in the CMMS.
- Update spare parts usage in the CMMS.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A strong background in electrical maintenance, preferably with experience working in a similar industry.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and management.
- High levels of organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Good knowledge of health and safety regulations and practices.
