The successful candidate will receive a comprehensive salary package, including a basic salary of approximately £31,000 per annum, plus service charge. The role offers a flexible working arrangement, with a 40-hour working week and overtime paid. A live-in option is also available, providing the opportunity to experience life in this beautiful hotel environment.

To succeed in this position, you will need to possess excellent culinary skills, with experience in managing a pastry section. You will work collaboratively with the kitchen brigade to ensure that every dish meets the highest standards. In recognition of your hard work, you will enjoy a range of benefits, including:
