Special Educational Needs Support Assistant

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to support a pupil with ASD in a fantastic Infants school based in the DE55 area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement the school's EHCP to ensure the best possible outcomes for the pupil.
- Deliver 1:1 support to the pupil, promoting their social, emotional, and academic development.
- Communicate effectively with parents to discuss any behavioural changes or progress.
- Foster a flexible and inclusive learning environment that caters to the pupil's needs.
Requirements:
- Level 3 Cache/NVQ qualification.
- Understanding of ADHD level 1.
- Experience working with SEN pupils, particularly those with ASD.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Salary & Benefits:
