We are seeking a passionate and experienced Nursery Manager to join our team at JEM Childcare Solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting a large 90+ place setting, growing occupancy, and leading a team of professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and support a team of childcare professionals
  • Develop and implement strategies to grow occupancy and improve the overall quality of care
  • Manage budgets and financials to ensure the smooth operation of the nursery
  • Prepare the nursery for Ofsted inspections and maintain high standards of care
Requirements
  • Minimum Level 3 Qualification or equivalent in Early Years/Childcare
  • At least 3 years' experience working in a Day Nursery
  • At least 2 years' experience leading and supporting teams
  • Ability to inspire, energize, and support others
  • Sound knowledge of the latest EYFS framework and regulations
  • Firm knowledge of Ofsted standards and requirements
