About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sous Chef to join our team at a prestigious hotel in Northamptonshire. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional food experiences to our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Head Chef in managing the food operation, ensuring consistency and quality throughout the hotel.
  • Participate in food ordering and stock rotation to minimize waste and optimize inventory.
  • Work closely with the Head Chef and key stakeholders to deliver a wide range of meetings and events.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve kitchen efficiency and productivity.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Sous Chef in a high-end hotel or restaurant environment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train a team.
  • Excellent culinary skills, with a focus on fresh, seasonal ingredients.
  • Ability to work well under pressure, with a strong attention to detail and quality.
