As a Senior Test Development Engineer at a leading satellite communications company, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and performance of our advanced silicon chips throughout their entire lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Refine Test Programs: Utilize automated test equipment to create and refine test programs for silicon chips.
  • Collaborate with Design and Manufacturing Teams: Work closely with design and manufacturing teams to set test requirements and strategies.
  • Implement and Execute Tests: Execute test programs, generate test patterns, debug, and optimize to meet targets.
  • Analyze Data: Examine test data to identify trends, anomalies, and provide recommendations.
  • Investigate and Resolve Test Failures: Investigate test failures, diagnose root causes, and collaborate on solutions.
  • Enhance Yield and Reduce Defects: Implement strategies to improve chip yield and reduce manufacturing defects.
  • Document and Communicate Test Plans and Results: Prepare and communicate test plans, results, and methodologies.
  • Ensure Compliance with Industry Standards: Adhere to industry standards and regulatory requirements in all testing activities.
Requirements:
  • Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing and test methodologies.
  • Experience with ATE platforms and test equipment interfaces.
  • Familiarity with ADC, DAC, and RF Test solutions.
  • Understanding of quality management systems and industry standards.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages like Python, TCL, or Perl.
