About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Elevator Maintenance Technician to join our team at Otis. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and efficiency of our elevator systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out routine maintenance and repairs on elevator systems to ensure optimal performance and safety.
  • Conduct thorough inspections of elevator equipment to identify potential issues and implement preventative maintenance.
  • Respond promptly to elevator breakdowns and perform repairs to minimize downtime.
  • Liaise with customers to provide excellent service and ensure their satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge and best practices in elevator maintenance.

Requirements

  • NVQ level 3 or equivalent in lift repair and maintenance.
  • Full UK driving license.
  • At least 2 years of experience in the elevator sector.
  • Strong knowledge of electricity and electrical engineering.
  • Commitment to safety and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
