Job Summary

Frasers Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading a team of warehouse operatives and trainee supervisors, ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse and delivery of customer demands on time and in full.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leadership and Coaching
    • Direct and coach warehouse operatives and trainee supervisors to achieve high performance and meet key performance indicators.
    • Conduct regular one-to-one meetings to discuss performance, set SMART goals, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Operational Management
    • Work closely with the Section Manager to monitor delivery to plan and identify areas for improvement.
    • Drive performance on key metrics, ensuring an efficient warehouse operation that meets customer demands.
  • Safety and Compliance
    • Ensure the highest standards of safety on site, working with the Safety team to implement safety routines and procedures.
    • Conduct regular floor safety inspections, hazard spotting, and risk assessments to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Labour Planning and Performance
    • Review and manage the weekly labour plan to ensure adequate cover and highlight any issues or feedback.
    • Provide detailed analysis of daily and weekly targets, creating a plan to bridge any gaps.
  • Strategic Partnership
    • Partner with the Warehouse Leadership team and other key stakeholders to ensure strategic activity is on track and supported.
  • Culture Change and Turnover Reduction
    • Support the implementation of culture change and turnover reduction initiatives.

  • Experience
    • Proven experience in warehousing, logistics, or supply chain management.
  • Skills
