Job Description

As a Regulatory Assistant, you will provide administrative support to the Authorisations Team, ensuring the efficient and accurate provision of services. Key responsibilities include:

  • Undertaking a high volume of accurate correspondence by email and telephone.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and case management software.
  • Logging applications, processing fee payments, and registering pupillages.
  • Assessing applications or making recommendations to senior colleagues.
