Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Client Management Director to join our team at State Street Corporation. As a key member of our client management team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client service and driving business growth through strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead a team of Client Managers to ensure effective delivery of client projects and services
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior client personnel to understand their strategic objectives and align our services accordingly
  3. Stay up-to-date with market and industry trends to identify opportunities for growth and innovation
  4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution
  5. Identify and pursue revenue opportunities through additional application modules and services
Qualifications
  1. 20+ years' experience in Relationship Management, Business Analysis, or a similar role in the Financial Services/Software industry
  2. 7+ years' experience managing high-performing teams
  3. Demonstrable strong communication and presentation skills
  4. Ability to foster strong relationships across client organizations and with senior managers and decision makers
  5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  6. Ability to multi-task and manage simultaneous priorities
  7. Proven organizational skills with attention to detail
  8. Self-motivated with the ability to operate independently and as a member of a team
  9. Ability to travel to client sites 20% - 40% per calendar year
