Ecological Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Ecologist to lead our Ecology function and develop our team of environmental specialists. As a key member of our Environmental Technical Team, you will work closely with our design and construction teams to deliver a range of ecological services, including habitat and species surveys, ECoW support, impact assessment, licensing and mitigation, and Biodiversity Net Gain assessments.
Key responsibilities will include coordinating and delivering office and site-based ecological services, as well as developing and implementing ecological strategies to support our business growth. You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, from bat surveys to Great Crested Newt licensed mitigation, and will be supported in your role by our existing Lead Ecologist.
