About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Category Manager to lead our Caravans category, driving sourcing, contracting, and supply management activities to deliver continuous improvement across the supply base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to meet business needs and specifications
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to drive commercial value
  • Take ownership of category management, including procurement, negotiation, and contracting
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to determine business requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies
  • Ensure in-depth understanding of aftersales performance and act as a point of escalation for parks
What We're Looking For
  • Proven experience in sourcing, contracting, and category management, ideally in an OEM or fit-out background
  • Knowledge of caravans and their manufacture, maintenance, and operation
  • Advanced stakeholder management skills and a collaborative mindset
  • Comprehensive experience across the full procurement spectrum, with a focus on food and beverage
