Job Title: Administrator

At Mission 4 Recruitment Ltd, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Liaison: Provide exceptional customer service and support, ensuring that customer enquiries are managed effectively and efficiently.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance our operations.
  • Administrative Support: Use Sage and office-specific software to prepare work instructions, cutting lists, and other administrative tasks to meet customer deadlines.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, including specifications, cutting sheets, and work instructions.
  • Technical Data Management: Ensure that technical data is up-to-date and available across the business via a central database.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will also need to be proficient in Sage and office-specific software.
