Job Overview

SIXT UK is seeking a highly skilled Senior Branch Manager to lead the growth and profitability of our branch at Aberdeen Airport. As a key member of our Branches & Operations division, you will be responsible for managing our premium vehicle fleet, leading a team, and driving sales performance.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • Previous experience in the retail, hotel, catering, and/or hospitality industry
  • A service-oriented mindset with a focus on direct customer contact
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills
  • A valid UK driving licence and 12 months of driving experience
Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Branch Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing the day-to-day business in your branch, including budget management and sales performance
  • Leading a team of branch staff, providing guidance, and developing their skills
  • Developing new business and building local sales and relationships
  • Effectively managing our premium vehicle fleet to ensure high customer satisfaction
