Programme Manager - Digital Currencies

We are seeking a highly experienced Programme Manager to join our team at R3. As a Programme Manager, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating large-scale programmes of work, ensuring delivery on time, quality, and budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate multiple projects and workstreams, including technical, legal, product, and customer-facing workstreams.
  • Coordinate delivery with external parties, including partners, client delivery teams, and third-party firms.
  • Manage the delivery of reusable software products that meet client requirements and expectations.
  • Work with Engineering, Product Management, QA, and customer-facing teams to ensure workstreams are aligned and delivering value.

Qualifications & Attributes:

  • 10+ years of experience managing large enterprise projects with multiple workstreams.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Experience working internationally and cross-team/competencies.
  • Strong knowledge and experience in agile methodology and software development lifecycle.
