About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Health and Safety Manager to join our team at Adler and Allan Group. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing a visible and robust senior health and safety presence across our operations in the Hertfordshire area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Health and Safety Leadership: Provide expert technical knowledge to managers to ensure compliance with all aspects of health and safety, primarily relating to civils, construction, and maintenance projects.
  • Risk Management: Facilitate the implementation of policies and procedures that reduce risk and promote a positive health and safety culture.
  • Incident Investigation: Promptly investigate all health, safety, and environmental incidents, making known to all relevant parties any significant findings and recommendations.
  • Training and Development: Monitor and ensure that all staff, including office-based personnel, receive appropriate health and safety training and information.
  • Compliance and Governance: Maintain a working knowledge of all relevant health and safety standards, policies, procedures, and guidance to support the effective implementation of health and safety practices.
About You

We are looking for a candidate with a strong health and safety background in civils, construction, or maintenance projects. You should have experience in coaching, advising, and supporting key stakeholders. Additionally, you should be happy to travel and prepared to work away on occasion.
