**Role Summary**

Reliability Specialist - Blaenavon, Pontypool, Mamhilad, Usk

We are seeking a skilled Reliability Specialist to join our team in Blaenavon, Pontypool, Mamhilad, Usk. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for improving equipment reliability and reducing downtime.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and implement improvements in conjunction with other departments to support equipment reliability.
  • Assist in installation and commissioning of new plant and equipment.
  • Work alongside sub-contractors as required and take the lead in such circumstances.

**Requirements**

Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Computer literate.
  • Broad range of experience in all aspects of maintenance in heavy engineering environments.
  • Familiarity of operating CMMS packages.

**What We Offer

Competitive Salary Package:

A competitive salary package consisting of basic £43,000-£48,000 inclusive of shift allowance.
