Community Resettlement Coordinator

As a Community Resettlement Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting vulnerable individuals, mainly migrants with No Recourse to Public Funds. You will assess their needs, place them in safe accommodation, and connect them to essential services like immigration advice, healthcare, and employment opportunities.
Main Responsibilities- Conduct thorough needs assessments and provide recommendations for suitable accommodation placements.
- Support individuals throughout their journey toward resettlement, ensuring they have access to necessary resources and services.
- Facilitate connections between individuals and vital services, promoting independence and self-sufficiency.
- Fluency in Arabic or Hindi is essential for effective communication with our clients.
- A high level of flexibility and compassion is required to navigate complex situations and provide empathetic support.
- The ability to drive is necessary for transporting clients and accessing various locations.
We offer a competitive salary of £28,000 per annum, reflecting the importance of this role in supporting vulnerable individuals. Full-time hours (39 hours, flexible) ensure a healthy work-life balance while maintaining the demands of this critical position.
