Fresh Horticultural Careers is seeking a dedicated Estimator to enhance our landscape division. We are looking for a professional with a background in landscaping, construction, or quantity surveying who excels in delivering precise estimates for various projects.

Your Role:

• Prepare comprehensive cost estimates and budgets for upcoming projects and tenders.
• Revise existing tenders, ensuring timely communication with clients and contract managers.
• Draft detailed proposals that comply with guidelines while providing competitive cost assessments.
• Collect firsthand data from project sites and suppliers.
• Conduct research on labor expenses, materials, and production timelines.
• Maintain meticulous records of all documentation, including site evaluations and contract stipulations.
• Foster relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with construction managers and design teams to drive innovation and creativity in client projects.
• Transition awarded contracts to the pre-construction phase, working closely with relevant teams.
• Submit reports and collaborate with other departments to support business growth and profitability.
• Prioritize client satisfaction by regularly engaging with clients throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience in both hard and soft landscape construction.
• A minimum of 2 years of estimating or quantity surveying experience in commercial or residential landscaping.
• Strong financial and management acumen.
• Excellent communication skills with a client-focused approach.
• Experience in managing legal contracts, valuations, and insurance matters.
• Educational background in construction, quantity surveying, landscape construction, or horticulture at Degree / OND / HND level or equivalent.
