About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Digital Infrastructure Coordinator to join our team at Comex 2000 UK Ltd. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving our mission to build a Full Fibre future for Britain.

Key Responsibilities
  • PIA Data Management: Manage and maintain all Physical Infrastructure Access (PIA) data, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Openreach requirements.
  • System Updates and Optimizations: Implement system and procedural updates, optimizing processes for better performance and efficiency.
  • Business Intelligence and Reporting: Develop and manipulate dashboards to present key information, driving informed decision-making.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate effectively with a broad range of stakeholders, both internally and externally, ensuring clear understanding of PIA processes and policies.
  • Team Collaboration and Development: Act as a role model within the team, fostering a culture of development, progression, and continuous improvement.
  • Policy Implementation and Communication: Present policy changes and updates across the organization, ensuring alignment and compliance.
  • Process Improvement and Automation: Drive process improvements and automation initiatives, using data insights to enhance overall performance.
Requirements
  • Strong Understanding of PIA: A deep understanding of Physical Infrastructure Access and its application for third-party providers.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with individuals at all levels of understanding.
  • Data Reporting and Analysis: Proficient in data reporting, with the ability to create and manipulate dashboards for key metrics.
  • Policy Implementation and Presentation: Proven ability to present and implement policy changes effectively.
