Key Responsibilities

As an experienced Immigration Caseworker, you will be responsible for:

  • Handling complex Immigration cases, including Skilled Worker and Family-based visa applications
  • Preparing and submitting applications, as well as responding to correspondence from clients and authorities
  • Conducting thorough case assessments and providing expert advice to clients
  • Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Working closely with the Senior Solicitor/Senior Caseworker to ensure seamless delivery of client services

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, fluency in Hindi/Punjabi/Urdu languages, and strong IT literacy.
