Key Responsibilities:

  • Performing maintenance and repairs on HGV trailers
  • Conducting regular inspections and preventive maintenance tasks
  • Completing repair orders and maintaining accurate records of work performed
  • Ensuring compliance with DVSA legislation

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as an HGV Trailer Technician or in a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of HGV trailers and their components
  • Ability to diagnose and repair mechanical issues
  • Capable of lifting heavy objects and performing physically demanding tasks
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and strong communication and customer service skills
  • A valid Driving Licence and the ability to reliably commute to the area
